Creamy Chicken Coleslaw
A salad for all seasons
Ingredients
Steamed chicken breast (200g), finely sliced (cooked weight) 
2 cups finely chopped cabbage, finely chopped red onion, grated carrot 
¼ cup chopped parsley, chives 
2 tablespoons crushed walnuts 
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, mix thoroughly and serve.
Protein count per serve: 30g
Serves 2
Note: For 20g protein serve, reduce chicken breast to 140g cooked weight (makes 2 serves).
