Spiced Fruity Oatmeal

Packed with fruit, nuts and warm spices, this oatmeal is filling, healthy and balanced. Meal-prep friendly and boosting with goodness and fuel to keep you going all day!

Ingredients:

1⁄2 cup rolled oats
1⁄4 tsp salt
1⁄2 tbsp maple syrup
1⁄4 tsp cinnamon
1⁄2 cup almond milk
1⁄2 apple, grated

Toppings:

1⁄4 cup Pitaya, diced
2 strawberries, sliced
1⁄2 banana, sliced
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp walnut or Brazil nuts, crushed

Method:

  1. Add oats, salt, maple syrup, apple, cinnamon and almond milk into a saucepan over medium heat
    stirring until thickening (about 2-3 minutes).
  2. Remove from heat and add to a serving bowl. Top with banana, strawberries, pitaya, hemp seeds and
    nuts (or any other topping of choice).
  3. Enjoy!
