Snickers Oatmeal

This high protein snickers oatmeal bowl has been my new breakfast obsession. It’s sweet, wholesome, full of healthy ingredients and so satisfying!

Ingredients:

1 tbsp cacao powder
1⁄2 cup oatmeal
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp Brazil nuts, crushed
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (any other alternative milk)
1-2 tbsp of organic peanut butter (or any nut butter of choice)
2 Medjool dates, sliced (optional)

Method:

  1. In a small saucepan on medium heat add oats, milk, cacao powder, peanut butter and maple syrup
    together stirring and cooking for 2-3 minutes until fully combined.
  2. Pour into a serving bowl adding the Brazil nuts, hemp seeds and dates on top.
  3. Enjoy!
