Greens Breakfast Wrap

Ingredients

2 beaten eggs ( or 3 egg whites)
1/2 steamed broccoli
1/2 cup spinach leaves
1 tbsp psyllium husk
1 tbsp lsa mix
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp  almond milk
Himalayan salt
Pepper
1/2 lemon


Method

Crush the broccoli and spinach in your food processor until it reaches a smooth texture.

Mix together in a bowl with the other ingredients.

Fry in coconut oil like an open omelette.

Flip it both sides to cook. Leave flat to cool.


Always look for organic free range eggs or locally sourced eggs from farmer’s markets. Organic free range eggs contain higher levels of omega 3, which decrease inflammation in the body.
