Chicken Waldorf Salad

A classic salad favorite


Ingredients

200g steamed chicken breast, diced (cooked weight)
½ cup green apple, chopped
½ cup celery, chopped
6 walnuts
Red onion to taste
2 tablespoons mayonnaise


Method

Combine all ingredients, season with pepper and sea salt and serve.


Protein count per serve: 30g
Serves 2

Note: For 20g protein serve, reduce chicken breast to 140g cooked weight (for 2 serves).
