Mayan Avocado Salad

A great seafood salad


Ingredients

½ avocado
Large plate of mixed salad greens and sprouts
6-8 king prawns (or 135g) with a squeeze of lemon
Juice of ½ a lime


Method

Cover plate of greens with prawns. Garnish with thin slices of avocado. Dress with lime juice.

Note: For 20g protein serve reduce prawn weight to 90g cooked weight
