Really this program is not about dieting, it’s about learning a new way of enjoying food and becoming more mindful of what type of food supports good health and what doesn’t.

Food PreparationOur everyday choice of food usually relies more on a lifetime of habit than it does on any type of conscious choice, not to say that we don’t try to put care into our food choices, it’s just that most of the time we fall back on what’s comfortable and familiar. After all, our approach to the food we eat has been programmed into us since childhood, so changing the habits of a lifetime can be challenging. I should know, I grew up on toast and vegemite and cornflakes for breakfast! So I’ve had to restructure my own early food habits.

Your commitment to putting the time and effort into shopping, cooking and preparing delicious, healthy food will make all the difference. We have put together a range of delicious recipes and as many tools as we can to make this a enjoyable experience but ultimately it is up to you to make the changes. We will be there to support you at every step of the way.

We love hearing your feedback about our recipes and are always working to improve our program, so we welcome your feedback! Some of our recipes have been sent to us by people who have already done the program, so if you come up with a great new recipe please share it with us.
