Bactrex contains Phellodendron which is used in Traditional Chinese medicine, and been shown to display a number of antimicrobial properties on a range of bacteria. It also contains essential oils oregano and thyme which may help fight bacteria, and clove which may help with intestinal gas and nausea.

The coating of these supplements is specially formulated ensuring targeted release into the small intestine.
