Ultimately the success of your nutrition program is up to you and the changes you make over the next few weeks. While it can be hard at times giving up some of your everyday foods that you may love, but are perhaps not loving you back, the effort is worth it. In a perfect world we would love to see you adopt some of these nutrition changes permanently, such as having a little less red meat and a lot more vegetables in the diet for example. Any beneficial changes you adopt into your everyday life can make the world of difference to your long term health. So here’s a little bit of inspiration to keep you on track

So here’s some of the ways you can participate in your nutrition success:

  • Take an interest in your food, find our where and how it is grown, be proactive, get educated and make informed choices.
  • Set aside the time to shop and develop a good relationship with your local producers.
  • Read the labels of your cleaning and person care products, choose the most natural products you can find to minimise your exposure to chemical and toxins.
  • Choose organic wherever possible, it makes a huge difference
  • Most importantly, get cooking! The time you invest in preparing healthy food will always be worth it.
